Our most-requested sauce. At Nam An, it's crafted to be punchy but not overpowering. It wakes up the palate but is still balanced.
Ginger Sauce - This bright green condiment provides a clean, aromatic kick that complements the poached chicken without overpowering it. It is warm, slightly salty, and deeply savory. Made from finely-minced ginger.
Sweet Soy Sauce - This dark sweet soy sauce brings additional depth and umami. Dark, slightly thickened, and mildly sweet, this sauce ties together the poached chicken and fragrant rice with a rich, savory glaze. Drizzle or use as a dip.
